We have 10 white 4H birds that my daughter has been raising (not sure of the breed but I know they are meat birds), I'm also not sure how old they are, but it's close to two months. We had just fed them (start and grow) and had given them some treats (eggplant and cantaloupe) when one of the chickens seemed to get a cramp in it's wing, it was walking away from the feeder with one shoulder held a littler higher then the other. I checked it thinking it might have somehow dislocated it, but both wings seemed to be fine. When I set it back down it seemed to fall down and kind of rolled to it's side while it's right leg stretched out behind it. It seems to be alert, but can't get up or move. While my husband was trying to help me it I noticed it's eyes seem to roll up a couple of times, but it might have just been closing it's eyes. It's crop(?) also seems to be very swollen. Any ideas what this might be, and what I can do for the chicken, I don't want it to be in pain.

There isn't any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
My daughter said the poop is white

My husband just came in and said the chicken can move, it is more content to just lay there, but when the dog came out toward the coop the chicken did get up and run

Meat birds are genetically programmed for short life spans. 8 weeks is early but it may have just worn out. Sorry.
