do chickens push bad eggs out of nest?

I am not sure if this is the same thing that is happening to my Buff O.
She won't leave the nest. I don't know what is wrong with her. There is no rooster.
The other chickens are laying fine, I don't know what is under her. We always have golf ball in each
nest. I am new at chickens. Please advice anyone? Can I lift her out? I am not sure if she is
even eating or drinking water...
