So was sitting with my 2 Seramas ans something odd happened

Scenario 1
Hen sitting on egg due to hatch this Thursday 4/16. Rooster went in the coop nudged the hen, and roo came out then the hen, both walked to feed and water, then roo went back in coop, I was peeking in window, to make sure he didn't harm egg, walked to egg turned it with his feet, went to front of door sat down and the 2 of them started cooing like doves at each other, while she was eating drinking and pooping biggie poops.:hugs

Scenario 2
Roo went in coop started pecking at hen for no reason started fight, hen figured it was time to eat anyway, roo ran to get to food first so not to miss out on some food , just in case she ate more then he could, then he saw his chance to go and see why she is always sitting in the **** coop, and clumsley trip and slid on that **** egg ....whoops, and felt tired so decided to take a snooze right by the door after all the morning sun felt so good right there,,,

So do they have feelings for there mate or are they not that smart....LOL..:hu

They do love each other.

The rooster has a big social part of the hens' lives. He shows her where to nest and makes little growling noises while laying on the good nesting spot to encourage her to lay there.

If he is being considerate and taking care of her then you may have a very good rooster there. Some roosters are mean to their hens.

I have never had Seramas...just generalizing here.
