Do cockerels always have pink/red combs and wattles by 7 weeks?

My babies are pretty pale comb and wattles wise other than 1 obvious cockerel. Some of their combs will get slightly pink but then fade away back to pale. Should all males at this age have consistently red/pink comb and wattles or can they just suddenly become red combed later on? I'm trying to figure out if I should breathe a sigh of relief that by 7 weeks I only have 1 obvious cockerel.

No, not always. They often show by that time, but some are late bloomers

These are really bad photos. I tried to snap some quick because a storm is coming. There is 1 obvious cockerel with the single comb. The 2 Delaware are pullets. It's the other 3 Delaware crosses I'm not sure about. They seem mostly pullet so far. I have seen that some of their combs will pink up temporarily while playing and then go back to the pale color.

Okay, they have rose combs, so that does make it a little harder, so waiting a little bit might be your best bet.
But, if you can, I would get more individual pics, so we can say - "Oh, # is a cockerel", make sense?

I put them in the bathroom to try and get better photos.

Photos 1-4 are Cutie Stripes(my daughter named him). We thought this was a cockerel at first but looks more like a pullet by now.

Photos 5-7 are Leonidas on my lap next to the obvious cockerel. Leonidas I was sure was a male but now I'm not sure at all.
Photos 8-9 are more of Leonidas. He or she is my favorite so I'm really hoping it's a pullet.

Photos 10-14 are Angel chick. I always thought this was a pullet.

All 3 of the year chicks are Delaware/Wyandotte cross.

Edit: looks like the order of these got messed up somehow maybe. Looking into that
