Do different breeds feather out at different times??

I have 15 chicks I got all at the same time. Same hatch day (as far as I know). I have some that already have most of their wing feathers, and others that are just starting to get their wing feathers. Size is a big deal too. My RIR have majority wing feathers and are bigger than 2 of my CW. Anything I need to be concerned with?

Some breeds do feather in faster or slower than others and some genders with certain breeds will father faster or slower. Brahmas are very slow to feather in.
