Do droppings change when deworming?

I have small flock of 4 hens and they’re currently on their first day of Safeguard for deworming. I noticed a few REALLY green droppings that were more wet than usual. I’m wondering if this has to do with the Safeguard since that is the only thing that has changed in their diet. Any advice is appreciated thank you!

I've never noticed much of a change when giving medication, but if that's the only factor/change you've made, then the medication is probably the cause.

What dose are you using for Safeguard?
