Do ducks eat rose buds?

We have 4 Pekin ducks that free range. They are about 12 weeks old. It seems that my wife's rose buds are disappearing right before they open. The ducks are being blamed. Anyone else had this problem?

i don't know... my ducks like Zinnia seeds. it might be the ducks... and it might be wild deer or bunnies...

I do not know if it is harmful but ours eat rose hip. Rose hip actually is packed with vitamins!
