Do dutch bantams become broody very often?

I have the sweetest little dutch banty hen and she laid her first egg of the year today. Are they known for being brooders?

I hope she decides to be a momma. I'm gonna keep her eggs for a while and see what she decides to do.

I've heard that they are good little mommies!!! But you can't put alot of eggs under them cause they are so tiny. How many eggs are you giving her and what kind of eggs if you don't mind me asking?

It was her first egg this year, so i have it in the cool basement waiting for more and if she decides to become broody. i will only set maybe 5 of her own eggs under when tht time comes. i have a OEG banty rooster that is just beautiful! I've downloaded all of my pics off my computer onto a separate drive and I haven't figured how to download them back onto for posting.

Or I'd show you how pretty both of them are.
