do easter eggers lay blue eggs

Awesome! I have 3 EE's who are 26 weeks, but none of them have started to lay. I am patiently awaiting that first blue, green, blue/green egg!

I have 5 EE from Cackle Hatchery. 3 lay a lovely sky-blue egg, 1 is an Olive Egger (very cool) and the last one appears to be tan. Weird, but totally fun. It seems the bigger their muffs and beard, the more colorful the egg.

It seems I have 5 of them in the older flock, one lays a blue egg, the others are olive. I cannot wait to see what my pullets give me in a couple months

I have 4 EE's and from them I get one blue egg, two pale green eggs and one medium matte green egg. What's interesting (and i have no idea if this means anything), but the pullet with the fullest beard is the one that lays the blue egg.

EEs can lay blue, green, pink or brown eggs. Pretty much anything really since they aren't a breed, just a mutt. My EEs laid green eggs.

Now I want an EE! I just started getting eggs from mine and I am now thinking how cool it would be to have some blue's or green's mixed in with my browns

So one of my EE's has blue earlobes (she's not laying yet). Do any of yours that lay blue have blue earlobes?

My last EE with blue earlobes laid light brown eggs. With EE's though, earlobe color doesn't quite count. Comb type does.

The lady I am getting them from said she has 1 buff 2 black 2 white and 1 redish white... she said the buff and black lay brown and the white and white with red tint lay green and a mint green egg would be awsome cause its my fav color!!!

I have 4 hatchery EE's. 1 lays a light blue colored egg, 2 lay a mint green colored egg and 1 lays a light brown/pinkish colored egg. I love mixing the egg colors in with my light brown and dark brown eggs. Thinking about getting a white egg layer to make my color rainbow even prettier! Good luck to you!
