I have gotten my first eggs this week, I’m at a total of 5 in the last 3 days. They are all blue eggs but they seems to change from blue to green/blue the next day. It’s weird. It’s like the color is fading as they age on the counter.

I'm not sure about the color changing, but I can offer a few different ideas.
One, the same chicken may not lay the EXACT same color egg every day, it can vary.
Two, with 5 eggs in 3 days you most likely have at least 2 different layers, which would mean 2 slightly different colored eggs.

Yes, I have confirmed 3 layers, as I watched them lay. The eggs come out blue and fade to a green color on the counter. These pics should number 4 egg yesterday at 3 pm and today number 4 egg has faded to match number 1 and 2 that were form the day before yesterday which it didn’t match the day it was laid...it’s not new eggs it’s the same eggs just days later.

What about once you wash them? I find the bloom varies on my eggs. Depending on temperature of the egg and how recently it was laid the bloom color can change a bit. Once I wash all the eggs from the same chicken, they generally all look the same again.
