Do guard geese actually deter hawks?

So, I'm thinking about installing an electric poultry fence next summer to give my girls some more room. Unfortunately, I have three hawks who live on my property. I was wondering if a guard goose could help deter the hawks. Installing netting would be very hard to do with these types of fences, but if anyone has other tips, they would be appreciated.

Depends on how aggressive the goose is and how easily spooked the hawks are - so the answer is sometimes.

I had Chinese geese for a few years. They never guarded anything other then their nest or goslings when they had them.
Never saw them react to a hawk but we don't have them as a problem really here.

The hawks are fairly large red taileds. They don't like people very much, and we have crows the chase them off for days a a time. I've seen them circle a small dog though, so I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate with chickens. Do you think a smaller goose like a roman would be enough to scare hem off, or should I go for something larger?

Do you think a female goose would work? I've heard it's not a good idea to house ganders with hens.

Get 2 Black Chickens, Hawks will think they are Crows. Crows gang up on Hawks, an will Scare them away. Or you can try some ecoy Crows i you can even ind some
