Do hens crow?

These are supposed to be Black Sex Link chickens. They are 8 or 9 weeks old. They both have very different combs and the one on the top is sort of crowing and is larger than the one on the bottom. I got them at Tractor Supply and they are both supposed to be pullets. I know there is no guarantee and I'm okay if the one is a rooster. Any thoughts?

Both roosters and both gold laced wyandottes. The second chick has a single comb, which is undesired for the breed.

Really? Now I'm really confused. In the bottom picture, the chick directly in front of the feeder and her back to me - I thought she was a Golden Laced Wyandotte.

Wow I must have really written things down wrong when I bought them. I had two of those as GLW and the one in this picture I was told was an Americana. I had two but one died. So what is this one (at the bottom of the picture)? Jeeze...

The single combed one could be a 2nd gen BSL cockerel. I saw on another thread where TSC admitted that they did sell them unknowingly this year.
