12wk Hen or Roo??

Is this 12wk old a pullet or cockerel? Not showing any rooster tendencies at all, no crowing, not dominant. Acts more like a pullet by being a bit more shy, my other roosters at this age were friendly. The comb/wattles are larger than my others.

That's a lot of early comb development for a 12 week old, but she looks like a pullet.

I'm going to "guess" pullet but I'm not good at this and trying to learn. I tried to enlarge the pictures and did not notice the feathers being pointed by the tail.
