I have a hen that is setting so i took a black marker to mark her eggs since she fights another hen for the eggs, then she gets on another nest to set on the eggs there. are any of the eggs gonna hatch, I have moved her up to her nest almost every day,she is really grumpy when i try to put her back on her eggs.Icollect all the other eggs everyday so she has the only eggs in her nest.

No, but with your situation I would look into moving her and her clutch of eggs to an area where she will not have to fight with your other hens when they want to lay an egg. There's a chance that the scuffling will end up damaging the embryos forming in the eggs, or worse breaking the eggs and creating a smelly mess where bacteria can have a field day.
