I have one pullet that isn't doing so well. She's having a hard time walking around and looks a little lethargic.

I picked up some corid, probiotics and electrolytes.

She's been drinking some of both, but am I suppose to be giving corid to my other 3 hens as well? Even though they're acting normal?

Corid is safe to give to the entire flock even if only one has Coccidiosis.

How old/young is this one sick one?
Is she eating and drinking well?
Does she have problems with her legs that is causing her to have a hard time walking?

Young one is about 6 weeks old..(ish)
She's eating and drinking when I put in front of her.
She didn't have problems with her legs before, it's almost like she's very drunk trying to walk around.
Yesterday she was very lethargic and out of it, then I gave her the electrolytes/probiotics/corid and she's more lively now. Still drunk, but more with it.
Pupils go in and out of dilation.

I'm going to guess that she might be better off with some Nutri Drench vitamins instead of Corid.
Doesn't quite some like she has Coccidiois to me.

I would keep up the Corid since you have started it, but make sure that she is drinking plenty of fluids. Treat all at once in case another gets sick, so you won't be treating at different times. Coccidiosis is very common at that age, and they can become unsteady or even lame with droopy wings with it. Give a couple of drops of undiluted Corid twice a day. You can mix undiluted Corid liquid with 1 1/2 tsp of Corid powder in 2 tsp of water. This may give her a little boost. Continue Corid for 5-7 days. If needed after that you can give a reduced dose for another 7 days. Probiotic plain yogurt can be mixed into a little feed and water for probiotics to help her gut bacteria.

I isolated her from the other 3 hens.

She's got a water container of probiotics/electrolytes and a different container with water and corid. I followed the 1tsp per gallon dosage on the corid.

I have not done the yogurt route, I might start that tonight.

Days ago, she was doing just fine. She was quick and agile, eating everything and now she's walking around drunk and is sleepy. Was worse yesterday, but better today after I gave her some of the corid, electrolyte and probiotics.

I had a nasty case of cocci hit my baby chicks in early August and the thing that really helped turn the tide in their favor was giving them a couple undiluted drops each, as @Eggcessive mentioned above. Especially if your little one isn't eating/drinking normally, she may not be getting the dose she needs to fight off the ailment. With Corid, a chicken can receive 8x the recommended dose without adverse effect, so even if she decides to drink like a champ one day (in addition to your undiluted drops) and gets a little more than her recommended daily dosage, she'll be okay.

I'm sorry you & your little one is going through this. I hope she gets better soon!

The corid water needs to be the ONLY water she has available. If there is non-medicated water available and she drinks that instead she will not likely receive enough of the medication. If she is not drinking at all you can syringe her the corid water to keep her hydrated. Also giving her the concentrated drench, as Eggcessive described would be a good idea until she is acting better and eating/drinking well on her own. Corid water should be the only water she has available until the treatment time is complete.
Correct dosage for the 20% powder corid is 1.5 tsp per gallon of water.
9.6% corid liquid dose is 9.5 ml per gallon of water.
Mixture should be made fresh daily.
