I'm not sure about your Blue Ameraucana chicks (looks possible they are) but of the other pictures I see, none of your other birds would be called Ameraucana.
My understanding is that people want the birds to "breed true" and consistently look the same, produce the same egg color, etc. Some APA breeds don't have set colors, but Ameraucana do.
According to "ameraucana . org", there are currently 10 accepted colors by the APA for Ameraucana.
Black
Blue
Splash
Wheaten
Blue Wheaten
Buff
Brown Red
Silver
White (recessive white, not dominant white. Dominant white changes the leg color)
Self Blue (*commonly known as Lavender. Pet peeve of mine. I don't like that apa calls it self blue.)
But agreed on easter eggers being fun and nice. Love the variety of feather colors.
