Do I have a cockerel or pullet?

I have 4 5-7 week old pullets, but my RIR doesn't look like my other girls, and I'm starting to think it's because it isn't a girl. Hoping someone could help me out.

It's really too young to tell. Check back when the bird is 8-10 weeks of age. So far, it's not screaming rooster.
