I have a few questionable chickens in my flock. New chicken owner here. I’d love to have a guess on her breed and also if there is any chance I have a roo! Her tail is throwing me off a bit! She’s roughly 15 weeks

The curly tail feathers are very common in teenager girls. She is a pullet for sure. Based on the green legs, I guess she's an EE.
