Do I have a roo?

So I'm fairly new to raising chickens and am having trouble deciding if one of my chickens is a pullet or cockerel. Not sure what breed she is. She's started crowing, but the crow sounds very weird and incomplete. She has pointy feathers around her hackle, but doesn't have a very pronounced saddle and and a fairly small comb and wattle. She's 13 weeks old and a very gentle chicken.

Both the black and the gray chicken are cockerels is they're both 13 weeks old.

If it is crowing, it is a cockerel. With time the crow will improve. Having said that, you will have the occasional mature hen who will crow and grow spurs.

Both of them are cockerels. When a cockerel first starts crowing, their voice sounds horrible, usually very high-pitched and scratchy. Over time, they develop their crow more and more until it sounds better. It usually takes six months for their crow to start sounding normal. Also, if it has pointed feathers, it is definitely a male. You will not find a female with pointed feathers.
