Do I have a roo?

Ok so I have this 3 week old Black Australorp that has been sexed and should be a girl. But I went to go see her and She or maybe He is growing these little wattles. Is that nomal or do roosters only have it? I wish I could put a picture of Her or Him but I don't know how and my dad isn't home to show me how. Thanks for your help.

You might have to wait .. The rooster will have a bigger comb .

I have a picture of my Australorp roosters, see if it looks like mine.

ALL of these chickens are roosters, they are about 5 weeks old...
(these are from last year)
