Do I have a rooster or pulley?

My girl (hopefully) is 9 weeks old. Do you guys think it's a rooster or pullet?

Thank goodness!! I also think she's really pretty. I was worried because we can't have roosters in my town.

Not that I have heard. I only heard one of them make a "real" cluck today. I have 4 others, each a different breed. No crowing though.
