Do I have a rooster?

We got Easter egger pullets around Halloween. Best I know these are 11 weeks this weekend. We’ve raised chicks many times and never had a rooster. I’m very suspicious of this one though. I’d like a rooster so I don’t know if my desire is making me see something that’s not there. These pics are a hen next to it. He’s got a very different color scheme and his tail seems to be shaped differently. Comb is much brighter and defined. I’m not an expert at saddle feathers and he hasn’t crowed. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You're so lucky!!! I got my first cockerel 46 days ago but it's not an EE but I have two 2 yr old hens that are EE but my first cockerel out of 16 straight run birds I finally got one, he's light Brahma and super handsome but oh!! I wanted an EE cockerel so bad back when mine were still unsexable lol..
