Do I have a rooster??

Hello,
When I purchased my new flock through a hatchery, I had ordered females. However, my chicks are now 7 weeks old and I think I have an Easter Egger rooster. This chick is definitely bigger then the others, seems to be the dominant one of the flock, and after researching Easter Egger roosters this chick seems to have all the characteristics of a rooster. Let me know what you guys think. I have attached pictures.

My Easter Egger rooster has a very similar comb and I didn't know for sure until he crowed this morning. I want to say rooster because of that. He's about 9 weeks old. It doesn't take long too get replies here so I'm pretty sure someone a bit more knowledgeable than me can say for sure.
