In the 1st pic that is obviously a tom strutting his stuff. The smaller one could be a hen, but the caruncles on it's lower neck do look a little large. I think it will take a little longer before you can be certain wether or not it's a hen. :/ sorry.

What age will i be able to know what sex they are because my family will either let them live for next spring (if tom and hen) or have a good thanksgiving if both toms

It just depends on how quickly they mature, if they start getting blue faces and their snoods get longer and red(along with the caruncles on their necks) then you have a tom(s).
If the caruncles and snood stay smaller, and the head and neck are pinkish...but not red. Then you have a hen. ;)

Edited* - you will for sure know what they are before thanksgiving...wether you keep them or eat them! Lol

X2 to what WildWestChick said.

About the tom strutting his stuff though, as with peafowl and chickens, the 'male' behavior is often exhibited by both genders, so it's not a reliable indication. My turkey hens spend an inordinate amount of time displaying but they are hens for sure, having laid many clutches and raised many chicks. Displaying is normal turkey behavior.

Best wishes.
