Do I have an EE roo?

Here he(?) is at 6 weeks, 4 days. Looking more and more roo? He's very sweet. I'm pretty sure the blue olive egger crowed this morning, but Sunflower (looking more like Sunny) hasn't crowed yet. Has anyone had an EE hen with a triple pea comb?

Ah well, I guess I'll have to make another pen purely for colored egg layers. He's too sweet and cuddly to rehome.
