Do I have enough space? What are yalls thoughts?

I have some hardware cloth and some chicken wire. I live in a neighborhood so the predators are scarce and I do have motion sensor lights and a privacy fence out back. to this point I have never seen anything that would bother them. I do want to adventually make the whole thing hardware cloth. I do have 2 roosts in the coop. the one over their opening is about a 1 1/2 feet up and the other is about 3 feet up. and I'm going to take a guess and say about about 12 to 16 square feet of ventilation, that is my guess. I do plan on adding another window to the coop this spring also so that there is more ventilation this summer. if you look at that middle picture you can see on that back wall at the top where some of it is and see the window. what you see on the back walll is how the front wall looks also. and my goal this spring is to and run space along the back side of that building about 4 foot wide and 10 to 12 feet long. not sure how wide the building is, but it will be as long as that building is wide. I am trying to make Sure they have more than the suggested minimum. I want the birds to live happy and health lives, not to just give me eggs and be miserable.

p.s. Both roosting bars are a little over a foot away from the walls. I initially had the high roost but when they were younger they wouldn't go uo there so I added the second lower one so they could jump from one to the other. and now they will go straight to the higher one sometimes.
I also have about 12 foot of roosting space. I know most of what I have read says at least 1 foot per bird.

I really do appreciate all of the comments, help and other questions everyone is putting on here. I did my research for about 2 years before I took on chickens. I wanted to know what I was doing, kind of, before I jumped in.

so more pictures of just the girls.

Can you tell I love it? Let me tell you, I already loved it, but you sold me when you said “I did my research for about 2 years before I took on chickens. I wanted to know what I was doing, kind of, before I jumped in.” I wish I had done that. I had to repair/rebuild everything with chickens in place. I hate seeing people make my mistakes and try to help them avoid it. You did everything right. Enjoy those beautiful chooks!

Coop and run space look pretty good.
Would like to see the eave ventilation from inside coop.
