I have a old horse pen out front that is 150 feet by 100 feet, thats a estimate. To me it looks like enough, but you never know. Also can emus get a long with mini horses or is it something I have to worry about?
I really want one but am on the fence still and wanting to make sure I have the things we need and I know whats what before I do.
I feel like the field is bigger then that but when I measured between the posts it was ten feet between each post, and its 10 posts by 15 posts.

I'm glad you see that you are positive about my answer. What I wanted to write in the first place is that small pens eventually get you smelly neurotic pets. Bigger pens simply equal happier pets.

Last thing I want is to get a animal, I don't know about, get attached, and have to rehome.
I don't like ignorent owners who just go out and buy because it looks pretty. I for sure don't want be one, and get in over my head.
Maybe one day if I get more land but for now it's out of sight out of mind.

Thank you that was fun to watch. It does help me now seeing that space compared to my own field and seeing it is way to small. Hopefully the neighbors will move one day and I will be able to buy their land. I want to buy the land next to them but they are asking way to much for land with nothing done to it. Hoping that they will drop the price again soon. Though, I am not getting hopes up and am thinking of getting land up north. Something in the woods here around this time of year I am allergic to. Wish it were other wise

WOW! Great Video! oh how I wish i lived in a warmer climate! I would have a pair of these guys in a heart beat! We have 10 Acres, but I cant imagine having all 10 acres fenced with 6 foot fences! LOL Right now all we have is chest high horse fences, LOL Anyhow, that was fun to watch, owning these guys must be a blast!
