Do I have fertile eggs?

Looks fertile to me. The picture you posted of a chicken is a hen. Can you get one of the entire flock?

I have read all over the web about determining if I have fertile eggs. All of the eggs being layed have a distinct bullseye mark on them. I can't seem to identify a rooster in my flock. 2 chickens, definitely hens are about 7 months old. 4 chickens just turned 5. All chicken breeds are different which limits my comparisons; however non are crowing. Any thoughts?

All those birds appear to be female. How long have you had them?

4 chickens are 5 months and the big solid orange and black/white are a little over 6 months

Did you get them as chicks? Is what I'm asking. Or could they have had exposure to a rooster at their previous home

I got them all as chicks

Is the dark brown chicken showing saddles? Or am I nuts?
