Do I have hens or roosters?

Roughly 3 Weeks ago, I got two baby chicks, one a buff Orpington, and the other an Easter Egger. Do you think they are hens or roosters?

I don't see any obvious male traits.
That could mean they are pullets.
Or they could be males who just need to grow some more before they start getting red combs and other obvious signs of being male.

So "maybe" pullets, but I wouldn't count on it yet.
