Do I have to switch the food for jumbo cornish chicks?

When I did my meaties, I did the starter for three weeks then went to a 20% grower for 5 weeks then freezer. Mine averaged 6.5 Pounds. I live with my brother and we can eat and one of those was perfect for us. I had them in a tractor from 3 weeks to butcher but had to move it every day. They tear up the sod quick. Mine ate quite a bit of grass since I pulled the food 12 hours thru the night to help with good growth rate. Worked out perfectly.
