Lol, if you're worried about having some guinea/chicken mixes then I believe your title should read "Do I have to worry about my rooster's mating with my guinea hens?" I believe roosters can mate guinea hens, but guinea cocks can't (Or don't) mate chicken hens.
As for the mixes themselves, I don't think they resemble guineas much. Actually, the only way they look like guineas is in the shape of the head and the legs. Do the hens buckwheat or make a mixture of chicken and guinea noises?
I don't understand why people call them "Guins". Hello, "guin" is the first part of Guinea!! It has nothing to do with chickens. They ought to call them "guickens"(gICK-en) or "chickneas"(chick-knee) lol. By the way, that website didn't say if guinea/chicken crosses lived long. I would enjoy having some if I knew they were going to look partially like guineas and partially like chickens, and if I knew they were going to live a good, fairly long life.
Anyway, we've had a couple chicken/guinea matings and have never hatched any "guins". I don't think you have anything to worry about.
