Do I help this chick

I’ve noticed when my chicks pip like they the membrane gets stuck to the chick. I hear it chirping. I don’t want to lose it. What can I do?

I can’t see the beak so I wonder if it’s positioned wrong or didn’t mean to pip there

I saved 5 chicks all 5 were either zipping the wrong way (up & down) or had zipped a big gaping hole instead of spinning around. I had one that was chirping like crazy, didn’t even pip. I took the risk & made an air hole at the top. Saw it looked like it could be shrink wrapped, I slowly zipped the top of the egg, & chipped away and set it back in to rest until it was strong enough to push the bottom half off of it. All 5 are thriving and fluffy butts

I helped 3 at one time at one point. 1st pic looks like a lot of blood but it was just not fully dried. It only bled for a few seconds then stopped. Chicks were def in the wrong position. Only 5 zipped & came out on their own. I prolly would have lost the other 6 if I had not have intervened. I trusted my gut & went slow
