This chick pipped the night before last, around 10pm. It didnt unzip though, just broke the shell where you can see in the picture. Membrane looks like its starting to dry up, chick is still moving and chirping though.
**Edited to add; This is a turkey egg, its on incubation day 29, and its broken through almost in the middle of the egg. On the left side of the egg is where I was marking the air pocket. **

Any advice?
Thanks!

If the cracked area looks dry, you have to remove the chick before it shrink wrap in it's membrane. When that happens it will die. Use a bright flashlight to see and check the condition of the egg in the incubator.

Do i just do it as quickly (and carefully) as possible since it should be at a certain temp n humidity while hatching?

Thanks for everyone's help yesterday!
The darker ones foot is still kinda curled up though?
