Do I leave the chick, or bring it in?

We had our first egg hatch today!! Three of the bantam hens (The Broody Bunch, as they've been nicknamed) are all sharing broody duty. There are still about 12 unhatched eggs in the nest. Do we remove the hatched chick? Kids are worried that the mamas are ignoring it, trying to hatch the others. It's currently dry and fluffy, seems in good condition. Weather is not bad, if that makes a difference, it's about mid-60's. Thanks!

No, just leave the chick. The mother knows what she's doing. She'll take care of it.

Mama isn't ignoring it. She has to work on hatching the other eggs. Chicks are made for this by consuming the yolk so they have energy to wait until mama can leave the nest with them
