Do I need a coop door and/or a window?

Our coop we are. Holding has an enclosed run due to a fox problem. The run has hardware cloth at the bottom/on the ground and chicken wire up the sides and it is covered. Does the chicken door that is inside the run need to have a cover still?

About the window: the coop is 8x7. One side has a 1x8 screened opening (hardware clothed) and there is a small screened opening near the roof on two other sides (because the roof is slanted). Do I still need to cut a window into the coop? The coop is made of pallets.

Thank you for your help!

Do I still need to cut a window into the coop? If the coop is well ventilated and has adequate light it would not be compulsory.
