Do I need a heat lamp for hot weather?

So I just bought some chicks and the temperature outside is like over 90 degrees and at night is in the late 70s. The chickens are gonna stay in the back porch area and they are completely secured. Do I need a heat lamp still?

Only at night unless you see them clumped up.

Chicks seem like they are happy. Running around, sitting, not huddled. Those is our first time. Are we ok?
