Do I need a heat lamp?

Yes - the dutch bantam should be fine. At night it will snuggle on the roost with the bigger chickens and the combined body heat will keep it warm.

Yes. As long as it can snuggle up with other birds.
that's the problem is it doesn't usually roost next to them, it goes on a seperate roost

I had sebright bantams that didn't snuggle up with the big girls because they got pecked. They did fine in the winter but that's because I had a heat lamp. I would just make sure there is ventilation and warm, dry bedding.
