hello I was thinking of getting a rooster ,my question is do i still need to feed my hens layena if i have a rooster?or do i just feed all of them flock raiser? thanks for the help

Hens will lay eggs with or without a rooster. Layer pellets don't make them lay eggs, they provide the nutrition needed to keep them healthy while laying. Adding a rooster will not change their nutritional needs. Flock Raiser is a good product but more expensive and not required as such; Layena would be just fine. Layer pellets won't do him any harm.

I feed Flock Raiser from egg to egg. From hatch to point of lay for all my birds. Chickens, quail, quineas. I've got good 8+lb chickens. My quail are big and round. My chicks develop very well. I recommend it to everyone.

I do offer crushed egg shell and oyoster shell free choice. Chicks and roos don't need that extra calcium in Layena.
