Do I need to add grit?

My feed store sold me Purina Start and Grow Sunfresh unmedicated recipe to feed my ducklings (that are hatching at the end of the week). Is this okay for ducklings and do I need to add grit?

Yes, they need it, feed chick grit in a separate container, switch to adult size grit when they're a month or so old.
