Do I need to clean up droppings with worms after deworming?

Worm eggs need warm and moist soil to embryonate. Again, I recommend worming in the spring and summer, that's when your soil should start to warm up more and more as time passes. This will help break the worms lifecycle in conjunction with scooping poop containing worm eggs and disposing of it.
If you're asking for a time frame when your soil will be worm egg free, I dont know exactly.
Proper management, sanitation and rotating forage areas all helps controlling nematodes population.
