I just bought a wheaten old english and I was wondering if i needed to cut his comb, if so how do I do that or who do I have do that.

only if you are planning on showing them. If not then leave the combs alone.

I am going to show him, so I don't know where I can have that done, or how to do it!

Maybe go on here for your state that can help you in person or look and see if there is a breed club nearby and maybe someone could help you. I know there are you-tube videos and such on how to do it but I would be nervous on messing up a show bird or causing excess pain. You might even try your local 4-h poultry club and see if they have any leads on someone who can help you.
Good luck to you!

Wanted to ad that you might want to post a picture of him for some critiquing and make sure he's worth going through all the trouble. I do believe there is an OEG thread on here somewhere.

I've shown a few OEGBs in the past, and honestly, he is too big to really win. OEGB competition is pretty stiff. If you want, you can enter him in county fairs (not APA shows) as an undubbed rooster and he'll be fine. He shouldn't be disqualified in a non-APA show. Check with the judging rules of the county fair just to be sure.

He looks big but he isnt and also I only go to the farmington fair, showhegan fair, windsor fair, they are county fairs but i think he needs to be dubbed or cropped!

I don't know anything about OEG's and I'm new to chickens in general so I don't know anything about showing but I think your OEG roo is beautiful just the way he is. I would not dubb or dock him. I like him the natural way with that gorgeous red comb.
