do i need to get my sultan roo dub

i place an order from ideal and ordered some old english game bantams... i did order them to be dub but now they want to know if i want my sultans dub too... i had one last year i bought from someone but can remember if they were dub

I don't see why you would need to dub a Sultan. They have kind of small combs. Most people don't get their chickens dubbed except (of course) the Old English Games and Modern Games. So maybe don't dub your Sultans.
I am not an expert on this.
