Do I need to put a roo in the freezer?

If you post pictures, somebody can possibly sex them for you, depending on their age.

I agree with most of the other posts. Time will tell but odds are pretty good they will work out an accommodation and coexist. They will have to debate which one is dominant, but they will probably do that when they are quite young. The subject may come up again when they reach sexual maturity, but they can usually settle that without serious injury. If they are not raised together or are ever separated for a period of time, it does become more problematic.

Here is a link to a thread that discusses multiple roosters and potential problems. Good luck!

I would wait a bit. Some of my roosters ended up being hens. I do have 3 roosters and while there was a little tension for a bit, everyone's mellowed out a lot since the hens started laying (I have 15 hens). One rooster is clearly dominant. The least dominant one seems to "take care" of the hens more by going in the nest boxes and fluffing them up etc. He has about one hen he likes a lot and she hasn't started laying yet as far as I know. They grew up together and the one's so clearly dominant there hasn't been any fighting.

The freezer is optional. As an alternative, he could go straight to the crock-pot.

But seriously, I have 3 roos for 20 hens and no problems so far.
