Do i need to separate?

I have 8 chicks and 1 seems to be the bully of the bunch. Pecks at everyone and is now trying to pluck feathers from them. They are only 11 days old but this one seems almost aggressive to others. Super sweet with me though. Any thing I can do to stop it? This is her/him.
