Do I need to worry about too much natural heat in 3-4 week old chicks?

I have been so obsessed about keeping the chicks warm during the night that I have not really been paying attention to the temperatures in the coop during the day. It is in the 80's here in Seattle and the inside coop temperature is hovering around 90. I do have the door open ( screened to keep them in) and a small vent to push air through.... but is 90 degrees too hot ? If it is... not really sure what I can do to lower these daytime temperatures. They don't look stressed and are not panting....Thanks.

If they're not panting or showing signs of stress they should be fine.

You probably don't need heat at night either by this point given the temperatures. Is your heat source something like a plate that they can easily get away from if they don't want it?

One thing to consider is it sounds like you need a lot more ventilation, if you only have "a small vent" and coop temps are noticeably higher than outdoor temps. A door doesn't count as ventilation unless you're leaving it open 24/7
