Do I really need 2 Ganders?

We currently have 4 Roman Tufted geese. There is at least 1 girl (we've gotten 2 eggs so far), 2 ganders & another we're not sure about, but we think it's also a hen because it runs away while the boys attack us

I am thinking if we get rid of the extra Gander that the other one might not be so dang mean...it seems like they egg eachother on everytime.

Would it be okay to rehome him? will the hens be fine?

We have only ever had pairs.

It should be fine. I have had to many Ganders before. We got an African and Chinese pair. I sold the Chinese. The African was sad for a little while but got over it soon.

Your roman gander should easily be able to handle 2+ girls,.
