do i turn eggs after day 18 in incubator??????

i was wondering if i am supposed to turn the eggs after day 18 while the eggs are in the incubator?

thank you i have heard of lock down plenty of times, but didn't really mean it was "LOCK DOWN," and i wasn't able to touch it
