Do I turn eggs on day 0?

First time using an incubator without a turner. I put the eggs in this morning. Do I turn them tonight, or start turning tomorrow?

You can already turn them. I would turn them tonight since they've been on one side all day. Then tomorrow start turning good. Just make sure you always do it on an odd number of times per day so they are on a different side each night.

I always make sure to turn 5 times a day between day 0 and day 18 (turning after day 18 can disorient the chick). I have reminders on my phone at 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm, and 11pm telling me that it's time to rotate. I've never used any turner or similar device and my hatching rate has been stellar in using this methodology.
