Do i use this for mycoplas?

I had two chickens come down with mycoplas. Now many diff birds of mine including my turkeys are sneezing. Which one do i give them? I just finished corid with them as they had cocci. The chickens not the turkeys.
Which one do i give them all ?? How much ??

I'd track down some TerraVet and use that. Dosing instructions are on the back of the package.
