Do males mature faster than females?

I have 3 in one cage and 2 of them are males but I am not sure of the other. He/she has yet to crow but the other 2 have only been crowing a few days. Just wondering if the males mature faster.

I think so. Every hatch i raised the males seem were ahead of females

Yes, they do. They start singing earlier and females start laying a week or couple later.
